Shrek the musical was a fun show! It was funny for kids and adults. It was full of spoofs and cultural references that you might not get them all. I found the show quite enjoyable and very much like the movie. There were a few bits that were different from the movie, but they had all my favorite parts. The stage was kind of hi-tech and really neat. The costumes were really good and cleverly done too.
Shrek similar to the movie was well done. I was impressed with the quality of the set and the artists performance. The educational message was well delivered. I enjoyed it very much. Recommended to all ages!
An okay show that thoroughly wastes the talents of an amazing cast. Sutton Foster takes the weak material and works her magic but it's not enough to save Shrek. I was entertained but this show just doesn't work.
Shrek The Musical is just what you would expect from a Shrek show. It is funny, even for adults, and the music is quite entertaining. My 11-year-old daughter also loved the show, but we felt is was a bit on the long side.
