Royal heir Pippin is spurred on by a mysterious group of performers to embark on a death-defying journey to find his “corner of the sky.” The original Tony-winning production was directed and choreographed by Bob Fosse; this one, with choreography in the Fosse style, also features astounding acrobatics. The Leading Player tells us the tongue-in-cheek story of Pippin, son of the 8th-Century King Charlemagne, who is on a quest to find his true calling in life. The score includes "Magic To Do," "No Time at All," "Corner of the Sky."

Astonishing on so many levels. The most incredible production on Broadway. Takes the idea that life is a circus and creates a thrilling, funny and deeply moving musical entertainment that is just about the most exciting thing I have seen in years. It is just pure and absolute joy. Great for adults but also great for families to experience together. An absolute must see.
