Dinner With The Boys

Dinner With The Boys

Dinner with the Boys is the deliciously hilarious new comedy starring Dan Lauria (“The Wonder Years,” Lombardi), Ray Abruzzo (“The Sopranos”) and Richard Zavaglia (“Donnie Brasco”). A couple of old-time wise guys who just want to have a good Italian meal, a few laughs, and tie-up some loose ends before dessert.

A hilarious romp of a mob play, where mafia hits and Italian recipes are expertly served with a satiating mixture of savory script, delectable direction and full-bodied, zesty performances by some of the finest actors in the business. Audience laughter is sprinkled throughout the entirety of this magnificent meal of a dark comedy, served to perfection. You'll leave hungry for more of these wise guys. It is a hoot! Don't miss it, or else...

I loved the small up close and personal theater when watching this comedy last week. The bond of friendship between Richard and Danny's characters along with funny stories of their mob memories made this play very enjoyable. If you want to see 3 fantastic actors and feel like you too are sitting with them in the kitchen and need a little laughter I highly recommend it. Don't forget it's off Broadway prices! If you plan to visit the city put this show on your list!

Fabulous delivery of lines very smooth and well timed. Show is extremely funny and is a splendid relief from life's daily grind. Go out, enjoy a nice Italian meal and take in this play. You and a group of friends will have a great evening of good food, great fun and see very talented acting. Now that's a combination that can't be beat. Gaetano says watcha this play you gotta no choice.

These guys knows how to take you down the farce lane, riffing off of one another. It is funny, funny-- but this is also a serious comment on violence as entertainment. Well...this way it is entertaining!
